主要研究领域与方向

主要从事茶树次生代谢产物的合成与调控,包括苦涩味相关酚类物质的糖苷化,以及涩味物质的降解方向的研究。其中主要涉及到酶动力学、蛋白表达与纯化、天然产物提取分离、代谢组分析、生物信息学分析、植物组织培养及转基因等技术领域。在New Phytol, J.Exp.Bot, J. Agric. Food Chem, Food Chem.等国际学术期刊上发表10SCI论文,以及2个国际专利。
